A.R.M. Credit Control helps companies recover outstanding debts by setting up credit control functions, defining processes and implementing quality procedures. Established by Rita Adams in 2004, A.R.M. is based in Marlow, Buckinghamshire.
A.R.M. offers a personal and professional credit management service with the emphasis on building sound procedures using a variety of finance software, and building positive relationships with accounts departments and late-payers.

Rita Adams is an ICM-qualified professional with extensive credit control, customer service and management experience. With over 19 years in the business, she is a highly organised professional with a proven history of setting up credit control functions. As a natural “people person”, Rita is tactful and diplomatic, which results in productive relationships with customers and their clients.
Tamara Flumignan holds a BTEC qualification and a certificate in accounting and is a dedicated credit control professional with experience in accounting, general ledger and credit management. She is thorough, adept at forward planning and understands the importance of flexibility when negotiating payment. Tamara has a warm telephone manner and turns difficult conversations into positive interactions.
Emma Wilkinson is an IT professional and credit control executive who is well equipped to deal with the technical challenges of the business. She has extensive experience in accounting and credit control software, account management, credit control, customer service and support. Emma pays excellent attention to detail and her calm manner always brings positive results.
Rasmita Jamieson is an AAT-qualified accounting technician whose extensive experience in credit control, bookkeeping and payroll, and brilliant communication skills make her a true all-rounder in her field.
Hazel Saunders is a qualified accountant and credit control executive. She is an expert in account reconciliation and is familiar with most accounting software packages, as well as manual systems.
