A.R.M. Credit Control is based in Marlow, Buckinghamshire and provides credit control services within the Thames Valley and beyond. A.R.M.’s services include setting up credit control functions, defining processes and implementing quality procedures to help companies recover their outstanding debts. The business was established by Rita Adams in 2004.
A.R.M. offers a personal and professional credit management service with the emphasis on building sound procedures using a variety of finance software, and building positive relationships with accounts departments and late-payers.

Rita Adams is an accomplished professional with extensive credit control, customer service and management experience. ICM qualified and a member of the ACP, she is dedicated and professional in her business. She is highly organized and has a proven history of setting up credit control functions, gained through over 19 years in the business. She has excellent communication skills and applies tact and diplomacy when dealing with people. She is a natural “people person” which results in productive relationships with customers and their clients.
Rasmita Jamieson is an AAT qualified accounting technician and credit control specialist whose extensive experience in credit control, bookkeeping and payroll makes her a true all-rounder in her filed. She is a brilliant communicator who works comfortably with small businesses and large corporations alike. Her knowledge encompasses all of the key financial systems, including accounts payable and receivable and she is an experienced user of SAP, Sage100, VT+ and Exchequer.
Nicky Gentle is a friendly, experienced bokkeeper who delivers a flexible service that targets the specific requirements of small-medium businesses, sole traders, partnerships and limited companies. A Quickbooks guru, she flies through those stacks of invoices and receipts that cause the rest of us so many headaches and swiftly transforms them into reports for professional year-end accounts and tax returns. Finally it is worth mentioning that Nicky is an expert in account reconcilation.
