Q: We want to keep credit control in house but need help with processes and set up, will you help?

A:   Certainly.  We can audit current processes and create credit control policies and processes, unique to your business.  We assist with the implementation and help you get started –  credit control stays in house.

 

Q: Will our customers send payment to you and you pass it on?

A:  No, your customers continue to pay you – we charge a fee for our services based on time requirements and credit control activities agreed.

 

Q: Do I have to sign a contract?

A:  Not necessarily; after the initial debtor review, which is free of charge, you can choose whether to sign a contract or take up our pay-as-you-go service, which   allows you to purchase credit control by the hour.

 

Q: Will I know what’s going on?

A:  Absolutely, we will keep you up to date at all times and follow the process agreed with you.

 

Q: Will you harass our customers?

A:  Not at all: our core principle is to respect customer relationships and build a good rapport with your customers’ accounts department. This is the best way to encourage payment and repeat orders.

 

Q: Will you take over bookkeeping too?

A:  No, we work alongside your accounts team and bookkeeper –  our speciality is credit control.

 

Q: Do you take on single invoices and legal work?

A:  No, but we might be able to provide tips how to avoid having to take this step, so please do get in touch.
