Managing Risk

Working with your team, we can also help you manage your credit risk, setting up credit control functions and implementing appropriate tools such as credit risk software packages. We can review your query management processes with a view to managing and driving down queries.

Positive Outcomes

When it comes to late-payers, our aim is to build positive relationships. Often it takes several phone calls to establish a payment date or a reason for non-payment. Each time we make contact with your customer we are polite but firm, endeavouring to create an ongoing relationship that ensures a smooth payment process in the future.

As well as ongoing contracts, we offer interim credit management services to cover short term needs due to sick leave, holidays or maternity cover.

We also offer a project management service for situations such as the introduction of new software, training, helping to co-ordinate and define processes or implementing a new system. In these circumstances it often helps to have an outside view to ensure all the angles have been covered.
